Representative Coghill moved that the House rescind previous action in adopting HCS CSSB 357(L&C). The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in adopting HCS CSSB 357(L&C)?" Representative Coghill moved that HCS CSSB 357(FIN) be adopted in lieu of the original bill: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN) (same title) 2004-05-09 House Journal Page 4072 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 357(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Objection was heard. CSSB 357(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
